TASMAN JAW CRUSHER
The Tasman
Jaw crusher is widely used for crushing ores or rocks in such
relevant industries as mine., dressing, construction material,
Chemical engineering with superior performance, operating ease,
lower maintenance cost. The sizes of feeding ores or rocks in the
crusher are smaller than the opening of the jaw crusher
*Crushing
capacity will vary with varying field conditions, such as
properties, shapes and sizes of feed material, charging method.
natural conditions, etc. Limestone can he easily be crushed in one
compression. Hard, rounded material is difficult to crush and it
naturally reduces the capacity of crusher. The capacity is also
reduced by a big rock blocking the inlet. Greater crushing capacity
can be achieved from feeding various sizes other than uniform size
rock.
When soil
and sand are contained in the feed it also causes a decrease in
crushing capacity. To optimize power consumption, refrain from
overload with big rocks or ores. The capacity shown in
specifications is based on dry rock having medium hardness and
density of 1.6 ton/cu.m.
CONSTRUCTIONAL DETAILS
This crusher consists mainly of steel fabricated frame [ not cast
iron], with eccentric shaft of alloy steel.
All wearable parts are easily
replaceable and can be available from us.
The stationary jaw plate is secured to the front-wall of the frame
with the bolts and the cheek plates (3). The moving jaw plate is
held on to swing jaw with the wedge for easy replacement. When the
bottom wear is considerable the moving jaw plate and stationary jaw
plate may he reused after reversing its top and bottom.
It is provided with the toggle plate acts as a safety device, that
is, as abnormal heavy loads, such as a lump of iron, is bitten into
the crushing chamber, it will be break, so that other main parts are
protected from damage.
Outlet dimension can he easily adjusted with hydraulic pump and jack
by inserting shims suited to the desired products size between the
toggle block and the rear-wall of the frame. |
